End to end responsibility of SBUS, TMT and and other production environment from application operations perspective along with onsite colleagues.
Analysing, solving and documentation of incidents and problems according to company processes
Managing incident and problem tickets with multiple teams and vendors
Fulfilment of Operational KPIs
Assessing change requests in terms of their impact on applications and business, and reviewing patch and delivery notes.
Conducting continuous system analysis to inform proactive and preventive maintenance, along with potential system enhancements.
Developing and executing scripts and operational tools to monitor systems and automate error resolution.
Actively managing operations to ensure SLA compliance and prevent breaches.
Assisting with the migration of new or updated software, including preparing and performing production checks.
Initiating and overseeing communication with vendors and partners concerning ongoing problem and service requests.
Anforderung
Strong expertise in ITIL, SOX, and KPIs.
Skilled in application operations and telecommunications.
Results-driven with excellent problem-solving and issue tracking abilities.
Knowledgeable about the incident, service request, and change management lifecycle.
Proficient in IBM MQ.
Familiar with SQL/PL SQL.
Experienced with Shell Scripting.
Knowledgeable in SAP DQM.
Solid understanding of Apache Tomcat and WebLogic.
Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
Experienced in managing system interfaces.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
German language proficiency is a plus.
