1. Participation in Electromechanical Matters Throughout the Project Lifecycle:
Engage in all stages of electromechanical design work from project initiation to
completion, ensuring projects proceed according to plan and remain within budget.
Oversee the design of mechanical components (2D drafting, structural frame design) and
electrical systems (wiring diagrams, control system design, PLC programming).
2. Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Client and Team Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, provide project
status updates, and promptly address any risks or issues that arise during the project.
Provide technical support and guidance to the after-sales department and offer relevant
technical consultations to sales teams.
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechatronics design within the non-standard
automation industry.
3. Professional Skills:
Proficient in mainstream PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-200, S7-300), with at least
3 years of experience using relevant communication and network modules.
Skilled in HMI programming design (e.g., Siemens HMI), with at least 3 years of
experience and familiarity with standard HMI programming practices.
Familiarity with the selection and characteristics of electrical components.
Proficient in mainstream CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Eplan) and other relevant design
tools.
4. Language Skills:
English proficiency as a working language, with strong verbal and written communication
skills.
5. Personal Qualities:
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel overseas and work in different cultural environments.
