We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to coordinate and drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs, alongside other key initiatives. This role combines organizational, design, and program management skills to ensure smooth delivery and impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Drive and manage L&D programs delivered by external suppliers, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development needs.
  • University Engagement: Actively participate in planning and executing university programs, including job fairs and partnership initiatives.
  • Event Organization: Plan and organize in-house events such as networking sessions, team lunches, gatherings, and team-building activities.
  • Design and Communication: Create engaging presentations, newsletters, and internal communication materials to support various programs and events.
  • Administrative Support: Manage procurement tasks, including placing orders and handling logistics related to L&D and other programs.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in both design and program management. They thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering strong connections within the organization and beyond.

Skills:

  • Program Management: Strong ability to plan, drive, and execute programs and events effectively.
  • Design Proficiency: Expertise in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Express), Canva, or similar) to create high-quality presentations and newsletters.
  • Event Coordination: Proven experience in organizing events, from small gatherings to large-scale networking sessions and job fairs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with stakeholders and creating impactful content.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Procurement and Administrative Skills: Familiarity with procurement processes and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
