Responsibilities
Program Management: Drive and manage L&D programs delivered by external suppliers, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development needs.
University Engagement: Actively participate in planning and executing university programs, including job fairs and partnership initiatives.
Event Organization: Plan and organize in-house events such as networking sessions, team lunches, gatherings, and team-building activities.
Design and Communication: Create engaging presentations, newsletters, and internal communication materials to support various programs and events.
Administrative Support: Manage procurement tasks, including placing orders and handling logistics related to L&D and other programs.
