Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Develop application setups for client’s motor control ICs;
- Evaluate the behavior and electrical performance of Infineon motor control ICs in an application-like environment;
- Create technical customer documentation (app notes, user manuals, etc…);
- Develop tasks for benchmarking and perform analysis of competitor products;
- Analyze customer feedback on product performance and limitations;
- Prepare technical trainings intended for internal and external sales partners and customers;
Requirements
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable;
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role as an electronic circuit design, validation or application engineer;
- Experience with gate driver applications for DC and BLDC motors and with microcontrollers for automotive applications is a plus;
- Knowledge of electronic laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.);
- Good programming skills (C/C++, Matlab, Visual Basic, Python);
- Solid expertise in PCB design and layout – prior experience with Altium is a plus;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Ability to work collaborative in a team and to provide guidance based on your expertise.
