As a Senior Developer & IT Automation, you'll develop tools and automate testing for Wiki & Knowledge Management solutions based on Atlassian Confluence. You have strong technical skills and hands on experiences with investigating and resolving issues plus have a strong abilities to optimize testing and develop solutions.

Responsibilities
Provide project and operation support in the area of software development and test automation including API, performance benchmark, deployment and UX Design
Develop, manage and test new plugins for Atlassian application
Create test cases and execute both manual or automated tests on the content platform and its features
Contribute to investigating and solving the reported issues
Contribute to the maintenance of the test plans and test cases along the CI/CD flow
Develop scripts for automation used for reporting and dashboarding
Participate in technical evaluation of tool/plug-in and innovation topics to minimize test time and optimize systems (e.g. Cloud/hybrid/multi-instance setup)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
An university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
3+ years of full-stack development experience (proficient in one or more programming languages: Java, Python or Groovy Script)
Hands-on experience in deployment and troubleshooting working with Private Cloud (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker), Oracle or MS SQL Databases and Windows Server
Experience with Atlassian Confluence, Jira or MS Sharepoint is an advantage
Experience in implementation and configuration integrations between different application using Rest API’s
Experience in software testing tools, methodologies (CI/CD) and debugging techniques (e.g. Playwright, Azure DevOps)
A strong desire to continuously learn and stay up to date on the latest trends in software development, particularly in areas like generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-augmented tools
Good communication and team collaboration skills
Fluency in English, with basic German language skills considered a plus
