Senior Administrative HR Specialist

Responsibilities
  1. HR Strategic Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
    Assist in formulating and executing long-term talent development plans to ensure the organization has the necessary talent reserves for future growth.
  2. Talent Recruitment and Development:Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening, interview scheduling, and final hiring decisions.
    Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career advancement.
  3. Performance Management:Design and implement performance management systems, setting clear performance metrics and conducting regular evaluations.
    Provide feedback and support to help employees improve their performance and boost team efficiency.
  4. Compensation and Benefits:Analyze market trends to develop competitive salary structures and employee benefits packages.
    Oversee the compensation review process to ensure fairness and transparency.
  5. Administrative Support:Provide efficient administrative support services to ensure smooth daily operations.
    Maintain a positive working environment and coordinate various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Legal Compliance:Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and regulations
    Handle employment contracts, employee relations, and other legal matters.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, experience in multinational companies or international teams is essential; familiarity with office administration and internal administrative processes.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, guiding them toward achieving organizational goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with management at all levels and employees.
  • Decision-Making: Capability to make sound and timely decisions in complex situations.
  • Knowledge of Legal Compliance: Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
