Responsibility for the permanent overview of the financial situation of the company in the different areas and informing the management and operational colleagues.
Financial modeling & collaboration on business planning
Preparation of documents for financing partners in cooperation with the management
Derive and communicate recommendations for action & optimization potentials
Development / Implementation & Execution of processes in the areas: Accounting / Liquidity Planning / Controlling
Responsible for overseeing accounting in Europe and the USA by working with external audit teams.
Collaborates with external firms in various locations for bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy without needing to manage all accounting responsibilities.
Professional & disciplinary management of subordinate employees in the areas of finance, accounting, liquidity planning & controlling
Understanding of the operations of a company and the derivation of financial performance improvement potentials
Cerințe
3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Concrete track record in an international business environment
Exceptional Microsoft Office – Excel skills
Degree in a thematically related field of study
Familiarity with both US GAAP and European accounting standards.
Personal development plan towards Head of Finance or CFO career in a scaling dynamic startup.
