Responsabilități
Effectively communicate with internal customers via email, phone and other electronic methods to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent relationships with internal customers.
Learn our business process & technical stack (including but not limited to Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, Snaplogic, Anaplan, Jira and SharePoint) to perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify root cause while understanding the customer’s pain points and communicating with them in the manner most appropriate.
Triaging Support requests and being able to handle L1 and L2 issues.
Debugging of technical issues resulting from configuration / code and provide workarounds.
Create and maintain user guides / tech desk operation procedures / data dictionaries and other documentation.
Provide basic training to end users
Cerințe
Previous experience in technical support or related field (2+ years).
