The team is working with Agile, focusing on quality by unit testing the code, regularly review the software architecture and follow the best practices in software development.
The Role is delivering 3rd Level Infrastructure Support, at the highest level of support in a three-tiered technical support model responsible for handling the most difficult or advanced problems, can analyze software code and relevant application logs, infrastructure design and implementation function, capacity & Performance (in order to meet service requirements). All delivered functions are in the IT Software Infrastructure landscape.

However, these same security and monitoring tools can become a single point of failure - bringing down the entire network, affecting users and compromising security in the process. From simple taps that replicate traffic from one port to another to iBypass switches and advanced Network Packet Brokers that filter, aggregate, load balance and, most importantly, spot failures in customer network to avoid loss of traffic.
