We are now looking for an Service & Resource Fulfillment Engineer to analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Your scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity. Your work will in part from our customer legacy.
The Service Support Specialist team is the first line of contact with our corporate customers. It is usually exposed to multiple departments and communication tools. Main responsibilities will be trouble ticket triage and dispatch, handling escalations and trouble ticket life-cycle.
Have the opportunity to work on developing cutting edge technology in fields like Augmented Identity, Biometrics and Digital Security. The Engineer implements specific requirements by analyzing, developing, configuring and customizing IT solutions based on biometric systems. Specific software components concern a very large scope of functionalities that could be very technical or heavily linked to the customer business process. Work is performed within a larger team, distributed across multiple countries.
