Quality Engineering & Testing
· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements and customer workflows.
· Perform hands-on manual, exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing across complex product features.
· Identify, reproduce, log, track, and verify bugs, providing clear reproduction steps, logs, and relevant technical details.
· Analyze test results, investigate failures, and identify product and quality risks.
· Contribute to release readiness and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Automation & Technical Skills
· Apply strong knowledge of test automation to improve test coverage and testing efficiency.
· Develop, execute, debug, and maintain automated tests using Playwright or similar frameworks.
· Analyze automation failures and collaborate with engineers to identify appropriate areas for automation.
· Contribute to automation and CI/CD testing as needed without being expected to lead the overall automation strategy.
AI, Innovation & Continuous Learning
· Effectively use AI-assisted tools to improve test planning, test case generation, defect investigation, log analysis, and overall productivity.
· Explore new AI capabilities and identify practical opportunities to improve quality engineering workflows.

· Continuously improve testing approaches based on new technologies, customer feedback, and lessons learned.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other QEs throughout the development lifecycle.
· Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, bug triage, and release readiness activities.
· Clearly communicate quality status, defects, risks, and testing results to stakeholders.
· Advocate for customer-focused quality and ensure critical customer workflows are well tested.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or software testing.
· Strong hands-on experience in manual, exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing.
· Strong experience creating test plans, test cases, and high-quality bug reports.
· Strong understanding of test automation tools, frameworks, CI/CD, and modern development practices.
· Hands-on knowledge of Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
· Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
· Experience using or strong willingness to adopt AI tools in day-to-day quality engineering work.
· Strong ability and willingness to learn new technologies and domains quickly.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Adobe product knowledge is a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and web technologies.
· Experience testing complex desktop, web, or cross-platform applications.
· Experience applying AI tools to software testing, debugging, or engineering workflows.
