Implementation of changes and service requests within the customer guaranteed SLA’s.
Manage and update information/documentation (i.e. LLD).
Reports on assigned projects.
Good knowledge of the Network data Centre infrastructures.
Deep knowledge of Network equipment operation (Cisco Nexus router and switches, F5 Load Balancers…) and of TCP/IP, Routing and switching Protocol.
Deep knowledge of telecommunications network systems and their services.
Good knowledge of Data Center technologies like Cisco ACI and FP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP,…F5 Load Balancing.
