At the head of 15-20 multi-skilled developers team you determine, plan and organize the technical and human resources necessary to carry out the projects for which you are responsible. You will manage and drive team effort on software development, customization and integration, communicate and coordinate with customer and different internal and external stakeholders. You will also facilitate continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement, organize code reviews, training and provide coaching to team members.
You will play major role within the team that develops state of the art products and solutions based on company's technologies, with plenty of opportunities to advance your technical skills and get exposure to new technologies. You will design, develop, customize and maintain software components and support integration and deployment with your expertise. You will also work on improving the team performance by coaching more junior members, actively identify and propose new ways to make things work better.
