Position overview Within a technical governance department of the software excellence engineering center of 120 people, you will carry out your mission in an agile organization (SCRUM or similar methodology). You will work as a DevOps specialist with all the project Agile teams of the center (scrum master, developers, testers, QA/Integrators, PO) in the operational area but also with technical leaders, system architects, project managers and team leaders on methodology and means & tools dedicated to the development and customization of high-tech systems in the field of digital identity.
The Role is delivering 3rd Level Infrastructure Support, at the highest level of support in a three-tiered technical support model responsible for handling the most difficult or advanced problems, can analyze software code and relevant application logs, infrastructure design and implementation function, capacity & Performance (in order to meet service requirements). All delivered functions are in the IT Software Infrastructure landscape.
The product: - Delivers comprehensive performance testing for validating user quality of experience. - Works by emulating web, video, voice, storage, VPN, wireless, infrastructure, and encapsulation/security protocols to create realistic scenarios. - A modular system design allows it to scale with infrastructure while real-time quality of experience metrics lets the user drill down to quickly identify network degradations and isolate breaking points. About the team: Currently they are a senior team of 6 working in an Agile environment with a strong emphasis on communication.
Receives incidents and problems via phone, email or ticket-system regarding all supported applications (more than 80 different systems in portfolio) with the aim of providing direct resolution to the customer or the functional escalation to the responsible 2nd level teams Assessing the business impact (define ticket severity) and driving incident resolution process (ticket ownership) Ensures service level agreements’ fulfilment Permanent optimization activities, maintenance and enhancements for own support tools are part of the role.
