As an ICT DevOps Engineer you will bring value to internal end user and support staff experience, while using the tools in your scope! From this role, you will ensure a stable environment and optimize the solutions/services to the agreed service levels in a cost efficient and timely manner! We are now looking for an ICT DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for installing, configuring and handling solutions based on BMC's Remedy Action Request System (ARS) applications; Service Desk, Asset Management, Change Management, Service Level Management and Service Request Management!
One of the objectives of this role is to minimize the testing cost and effort, and in the same time to improve the operational efficiency when new services or products arrive for the team. This can be achieved, delivering appropriate and efficient testing services, planning and executing the Test Cases with commitment, so the Defects are identified as early as possible during the testing cycle and minimizing the risks.
Part of an international team that provide 24/7 service coverage, keep up to date managed objects for best performance, monitor and implement customer requested solution. It is expected interaction with key network infrastructure vendors and customers.
Be part of the core UI team and architect & develop solutions for multiple products within the company. With a focus on company wide goals, you will be involved in evolving the common UI library, starting with components, services and complex tools that will enable a faster development process, manage the core applications & services inside a micro frontend-based architecture and more. All of these working in a fast paced & Agile environment.
