We are looking for a System Administrator to help us improve security not only on the OS side but also help with networking and/or different apps. Troubleshooting is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and, should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure, with the help from the team, that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly, efficiently and securely.
As part of this team, you will be exposed to the latest developments in the visibility market, get to work with multiple technologies such as Selenium, Robot framework, Django, Jenkins and build/continuously improve the automation framework. You will be working alongside 5 QA engineers and 7 developers in an agile environment that welcomes ideas and collaboration.
Responsible for engineering the data captured or generated for the training of Machine Learning models. Data engineering implies applying various algorithms and data engineering techniques to prepare, transform and handle the data to be delivered to Machine Learning research teams, training engineers or systems. The preparation of data includes unstructured data management, turning it into clean, usable and reliable data. Responsible for utilizing tools and methods to help analyze data as well as training results and present the findings in a report.
Product technical/process details • embedded systems running custom Linux distributions (build system used: Yocto/buildroot). • product specific apps are written in C/C++/RUST • using Jenkins pipeline as continuous integration tool • SW interaction/configuration of HW components is done using I2C/SPI protocols • Management interfaces: CLI / SNMP / Web / REST • Collaboration with HW team in Austin/TX on interaction with hardware • Using Jira as Agile project management tool
