This is one of the main SW projects in their Network Visibility and Security portfolio. They are developing an embedded SW stack which allows configuration of their proprietary network monitoring HW, offering visibility across the customers’ enterprise network traffic. Working on this project, you will gain insight in multiple technologies ranging from developing new network monitoring functionalities using Java, enabling and configuring HW devices, creating REST APIs and exposing new features in Web UI developed in an Enterprise Web Application Framework.
Be part of the core UI team and architect & develop solutions for multiple products within the company. With a focus on company wide goals, you will be involved in evolving the common UI library, starting with components, services and complex tools that will enable a faster development process, manage the core applications & services inside a micro frontend-based architecture and more. The product is for testing, monitoring and security that offers visibility and monitoring for Ethernet networks. It is located between the network and the traffic monitoring tools, and it balances, aggregates, decrypts /encrypts, filters or duplicates the network traffic, connecting any network segments to the monitoring products and to the firewall. In this project various sizes monitoring equipment is being developed, by integrating the interoperability with other devices with the NTO software management clusters (many NTOS from the client’s network, from various locations are being interconnected through MPLS, GRE, routes). We are testing all the above and the automation is done in Robot with Python
