In the Advanced Analog Software Team (AASW) you will develop high quality embedded low-level software for our software drivers following the AUTOSAR automotive standard and also non-AUTOSAR requirements.
The program consists of two main strategies: Global Retention Programs targeted at 100 accounts globally and Moving 10 At-Risk Accounts as a Cloud Service. A pilot in North America has demonstrated a 75% success rate, leading to a broader global rollout across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Active engagements focus on customer success interventions, solution enablement, and programmatic support to retain and grow at-risk accounts. To date, the program has saved (USD)1.8M in potential losses, with multiple implementations in progress.
